Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

2. Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Thailand: 2-5 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • North America: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nipa Palm Rolling Papers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if available for your shipping destination). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nipapalm.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box address you provided, we will contact you for an alternative address.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nipapalm.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Is it safe to use NipaPalm?

To date, no evidence suggests that nipa palm releases any harmful or toxic compounds that are unique or dangerous when burned in typical smoking scenarios.

In fact, scientific studies show that nipa palm leaves contain compounds like cellulose, lignin, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins, all of which are common to many plants and do not turn into hazardous chemicals when burned in small amounts. Some cultures even use nipa palm ash in traditional medicine.

So, while all smoke (from any source) carries general health risks, smoking with NipaPalm is a far cleaner and more honest choice compared to heavily processed rolling papers. No bleach. No chemicals. No factories. Just real leaves, harvested by hand, and dried under the sun.
